Yū Shimaka is a Japanese voice actor. Some of his native roles include Toma Maunta from Baki the Grappler and Kakukaku from Sgt. Frog. He is used frequently for the dubbing of Western animation for the Japanese market and in addition to being the current voice of Disney's Goofy, he has been Fat Cat on Chip n' Dale's Rescue Rangers, Doctor Octopus on both Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends and Spider-Man the Animated Series, Lo Pei on Jackie Chan Adventures, Director Skinner on The X-Files and Biff from Back to the Future!
