World Distributors (Manchester), Ltd later to be known as World International, Ltd. were a publisher of Doctor Who Annuals from September 1965 until 1985 (with the exception of in 1971 a 1972 Annual). They also published the 1970s Dalek Annual publications (though they did not have a hand in the Annual-style Dalek books published in the 1960s). They also produced the one-off K-9 Annual, as well as Doctor Who and the Invasion from Space, a 1966 release which was an original novella featuring the Doctor.

The company was formed by three brothers; Sidney, John and Albert Pemberton following World War II. Together they had started selling second hand books before expanding into the publishing market.
