Wisconsin is one of the 50 states of the United States on Earth [1]. It is in the northern midwest of North America, and its coast is partly made up of two Great Lakes, Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. By the time of the events of Contact Harvest, it has been mainly overtaken by the expansion of the city of Chicago, as has much of Illinois. The UNSC likely has several bases in the state, though none are mentioned.
