From TARDIS Index File, the free Doctor Who reference.

Wester Drumlins was an old uninhabited house in London, England.

The house was the dwelling place of four Weeping Angels, although it is unknown how they arrived there. The area became known for a series of disappearances, including that of the Doctor and Martha Jones.

The police found cars, but no occupants inside them. Inside the house, photographer Sally Sparrow found a message from the Doctor, written under the wallpaper addressed to her which dated back to 1969. On a second visit, Sally's friend Kathy Nightingale mysteriously vanished from the area. (DW: Blink)
