Weapon Handling is a Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics and Lionheart Perk.

• Gives you a +3 to your strength for the purposes of using weapons. (Fallout games)
• Adds 1 to your Agility and 3 points to One-Handed and Two-Handed Melee skills. (Lionheart)

The Fallout 2 manual erroneously states that the strength requirement is 1-9, instead of 1-6.
