The Wayfarer was a civilian transport in service in the 2370s.

In 2376, the Wayfarer docked at Deep Space 9 and was to travel to Earth. Julian Bashir and Ezri Dax were to board the Wayfarer, although Cole of Section 31 claimed to Bashir that the ship was having "minor engine problems". When informed of Ethan Locken and his intentions, Bashir told the Wayfarer to leave for Earth without himself and Dax. (DS9 novel: Abyss)

The Wayfarer is a touring-style motorcycle that is present in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and in the downloadable episodic pack The Lost and Damned for Grand Theft Auto IV.

Contents

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

In GTA San Andreas, the Wayfarer is based on the Honda Goldwing. It is one of the slowest motorcycles in the game, only faster than the Faggio and its variant, the Pizza Boy; however with this, it is also the most stable at higher speeds. It can be found almost anywhere in the country, the desert, and sometimes at the edges of all the cities. It is a heavy motorcycle, thus completing any stunts varying from a wheelie to a stoppie is virtually impossible.

The Lost and Damned

In The Lost and Damned, the Wayfarer has lost most of its add-ons and now resembles a more traditional chopper. It's also very similar to the Angel (so is also based on a Harley-Davidson Panhead) but has a few more extras. Like the Angel, this motorbike is one of the most favored vehicles of the Angels Of Death, it is made by Western Motorcycle Company.

  • The easiest way to obtain the Wayfarer in the entire game is in the mission Liberty City Choppers. After the player drives to the AOD clubhouse and the brief cutscene ends, the player can steal it and drive the motorcycle to his parking space. Note: Once the player drives a short distance the player will fail the mission and a message will say "Jim is Dead".
