Wall Market is a shopping center found in Sector 6 of Midgar. It is famous for its dangerous "red light district" atmosphere run by the local crimelord, Don Corneo.

Cloud first goes into Wall Market with Aeris while following Tifa. They soon find out that she is going to be one of the three girls that Don Corneo wanted to pick as a bride. They also find out that for Cloud to get in, he has to disguise himself as a woman since Don does not like men in his place, save his lackeys.
Cloud and Aeris have to run various errands to obtain a dress and wig for Cloud. They could also find some cologne and a tiara, although they are not necessary.
Depending on Cloud's attire, Don may choose either Cloud, Aeris, or Tifa for his one-night stand. It makes no difference who he chooses, the same thing happens either way. In most cases he will pick Tifa. If Cloud has a blond wig, he will choose Aeris. If Cloud is wearing a silk dress, a diamond tiara, a blond wig, and sexy cologne, then he will choose him.
After Sector 7 was destroyed, its debris damaged parts of Sector 6 and Wall Market. The wreckage opened a path which Cloud and the others used to make their way up to the Plate.
The Market includes several different places which the player visits during their first trek through the area.
There are several rather mundane locations in the Market, most of which can be found in any town in any game. First there is an Inn which has a special machine which holds a special item the player may or may not use to get into Don Corneo's Mansion. Also within its grounds are a Weapons and Items Shop.
Don Corneo's Mansion is the headquarters for the crime Don Corneo and home to many scenes of debauchery and perversion. Rigged underneath Corneo's personal chambers is the monster Aps.
The Honeybee Inn is a members-only adult club. Cloud can receive a membership card from a man in around the Wall Market. Once inside, Cloud can walk around, and peep into the keyholes of the many rooms available. Cloud can sleep in two of the rooms, wherein one, he meets an image of himself, blacks out, and wakes up to a massage from Mukki. The other room allows Cloud to get in a hot tub with Mukki and a bunch of men.
Also there is a clothing store, a bar, and a restaurant. The gym is a well known gathering point for cross-dressers. There is one building that has nothing but a machine, that if examined causes a machine gun to fire. If you come with the Sector 5 Key later in the game, you will find the Premium Heart - Tifa's ultimate weapon.

Wall Market has several different musical themes. The main theme that plays in the main section of the town is "The Oppressed" (虐げられた民衆 Shiitagerareta Minshū). "Honeybee Inn" (蜜蜂の館 Mitsubachi no Kan) plays in "Honeybee Inn", while "Don of the Slums" (スラムのドン Suramu no Don) plays in Don Corneo's mansion. Finally, "Shinra's Full-Scale Assault" (神羅軍総攻撃 Shinra Gunsō Kōgeki) plays during the climb up to Shinra Headquarters.
