Reverend Wainwright was the priest of St. Jude's Church in Maiden's Point. He was not afraid of the German attacks on the British but despised the fact the British bombed the Germans and killed innocents. Two Vampires cornered him in the church gaveyard and were about to kill him but he was saved by The Doctor and Ace. He later tried to stop the Vampires and Haemovores with his faith but the vampires were able to break through by taunting him with his fears and faults and so killed him. (DW: The Curse of Fenric)
