WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT (WCWE) is an American professional wrestling promotion. It was founded in 2002 by Jerome Wilber after he lost the ACWA World Heavyweight Championship in a controversial fashion. Since than it has grown to become one of the biggest E-feds around. In may 2006, WCWE Inc. purchase ACWA Inc. for a number reported to be around the millions. With this purchase, WCWE was now the largest E-fed promotion in the world, and the only one in North America with mainstream exposure. WCWE would later buy out EHCW as well.

WCWE shows more traditional matches like WWE, WCW, and the NWA. WCWE promotes under 3 brands; Over load, Voltage, and EHCW. WCWE is also home to 3 current world heavyweight championships.

Company history

Brand Extension

In January 2008, WCWE decided to create two separate rosters, one on Over load, the other on Voltage due to the overabundance of talent left over from EHCW and ACWA rosters. This is known as the WCWE Brand Extension.

On September 21, 2008, WCWE revived EXTREME HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING as its third brand.

WCWE PPV

Each month, WCWE holds one or two annual pay-per-view events. One event is usually three hours long and features six to twelve matches. The first PPV WCWE held was final victory and is WCWE biggest PPV.
