Vitruvius the Elemental Metallurgist is a little-known legend of RuneScape. He authored many books in the early 5th age of RuneScape, which have since become scattered across the lands. Vitruvius is best known for his creation of the Elemental Workshop, as well as the creation of the Elemental and Mind Elemental equipment. He is probably one of the greatest Metallurgists in RuneScape's history. Many of his experiments did go wrong though: according to legend, one of Vitruvius's apprentices, whose name is not known (in the book he was referred to as 'Idiot'), was killed during an accident while experimenting with primed elemental bars.
