Victoria was a UNSC colony world in the 111 Tauri System. It was the location of Camp New Hope, a camp controlled by the United Rebel Front. The world is densely forested.[1]

In 2531, five SPARTAN-IIs of Blue Team infiltrated Camp New Hope, stealing rebel nuclear weapons and killing a prominent rebel leader, General Howard Graves. It is unknown what has become of the world since then; it may have been glassed by the Covenant.

Victoria is a citizen of Lumbridge, a sleepy farming town in southern Misthalin. Her brother, Lachtopher, was recently forced to take up residence downstairs in her house because goblins attacked the village. Victoria took him in because it was what her mother had taught her - to be understanding and kind - although she thought Lachtopher would leave in couple of weeks. His laziness has since taken a toll on her nerves.

Victoria can also give players tasks, for which she will pay coins. In many of these tasks she will ask for food that she promised to make for 'promising adventurers' and had just forgotten it in all the hurry. Maybe Lachtopher's laziness is infectious.

The first floor is made from stone and it encompasses 24 squares, of which you can walk in 12 of them (12/24). From Traveller Wiki - Science-Fiction Adventure in the Far future

Duchess Victoria of Oasis (born Olesno/Oasis (Zarushagaar 2524) 024-1070), like Norris of Regina, knows that the Third Imperium was the best thing to happen to humanity. She worked throughout her reign to improve her subsector and the quality of life of her subjects. As the Rebellion progressed, Victoria realized that she constituted the best hope for Oasis' survival.

Victoria used a number of means to accomplish her goal. She misrepresented the status of her subsector to Duke Murata's coalition and to Lucan and conserved her resources. Political opponents were assigned to "study groups" or sent to detention camps. Imperial military and Scout forces not taken by the Imperium were consolidated and converted to her use.

Today Oasis is a strong, civilized whole and the Duchess means to keep it that way. She is less than pleased with herself for using Lucan's "any means" tactics but, considering that 72 billion lives depend on her, would do it again in a moment. She hopes to make up for her actions by providing her subjects the best possible life and by extending the benefits of the Independent Duchy of Oasis to other worlds.
