Vallincourt is a Scribe of the Capital Wasteland Brotherhood of Steel who is added to Fallout 3 in the add-on Broken Steel in the year 2277.

Interactions with the player character

If you approach her before finishing Death From Above, all she says that she is too busy to talk. During Shock Value, she provides you with the Deathclaw Control Scrambler.

However, after the completion of Who Dares Wins, she comes off much more amicable and friendly, and heaps generous praise upon the player, though it seems she doesn't do anything else (anything very helpful to the player, by any rate) A major issue, however is that those that haven't talked with Vallincourt to get the Deathclaw Control Scrambler WILL NOT be able to get it after the completion of Who Dares Wins. If you completed Shock Value, you will not be able to talk with her until you complete Who Dares Wins.
