Ultra Waves is one of the second Blue Magic spells Quistis learns. She learns it from Spider Webs that can be obtained by mugging or defeating Caterchipillars. Ultra Waves unleashes "Sonic waves that rush around the field and hit all enemies", which inflicts non-elemental damage and Berserk on all enemies. At Crisis Level 1, its magic power is 27, while at Crisis Level 2, it becomes 33, then at Level 3 it becomes 40, and finally at Level 4 it becomes 48.
