The Eeiauoans were mentioned again in DS9 novel: Devil in the Sky, briefly, as participants in pornography that Nog owned.
The cover image shows the refit Enterprise from the Star Trek movie era, even though the contents and other timeline materials place this story years before that ship design was put into use. The Starfleet uniforms on the cover do agree with the novel taking place in the 2260s era, although Spock's patch seems to be from a later design.
