The USS Oslo (NCC-66009) was a Norway-class frigate in service to Starfleet in the late 24th century. (Trekmania)

In 2374, the Oslo was one of many Federation starships that were assigned to defend the Setlik system from Dominion invasion. When the Dominion finally invaded the system later that year, the Federation were able to hold the system, but lost seven ships, including the Oslo. (SCE eBook: War Stories, Book One; Star Trek: Daedalus: "War Stories")

Despite the Starfleet victory in holding the system, Christopher Mackenzie would still blame himself for the loss of over 5,000 lives, as it was he who planned the defense of the system, in his capacity as a tactical advisor for Starfleet Command. ("War Stories")
