The USS Minnesota (NCC-19923) was an Excelsior-class starship.

In 2369, Scott Fack served as counselor aboard the Minnesota, and Jason Athelstan was an engineer. Yves Müller was the first officer in the same year.

Towards the finish of the year, a battle with Breen privateers caused great damage to the Minnesota, which led to her destruction. (Star Trek: Minnesota: "Scream")

The Minnesota was replaced by the Wabash-class USS Minnesota (NCC-64332).
