The USS Kishwaukee (NCC-72047) was a Danube-class runabout assigned to the USS Minnesota and later the USS Minnesota as a support craft. The crew sometimes used the name "The Kish" for the runabout. Star Trek: Minnesota

In 2369, on a short-range mission with Minnesota first officer Yves Müller and counselor Scott Fack, the Kishwaukee was brought down planetside by an unknown assailant, where it remained for two weeks as an injured Fack attempted to keep Müller stable and fight off the unknown assailant. The damaged runabout was saved by the Minnesota crew and reconstructed. (Star Trek: Minnesota: "Black Tangled Heart")

Named after the Kishwaukee River in Illinois.
