History

First Appearances

Commissioner Gordon has called in Batman and Robin to find any evidence that the international criminal Dr. Tzin-Tzin is in Gotham City, after receiving an Interpol report that suggests it as a possibility. Batman manages to track down Tzin-Tzin, and with the help of Robin thward his hypnotic powers and defeat him before turning him over to the authorities.^[1]

Powers and Abilities

Abilities

Hypnosis:Template:Magic: Mystical powers through Tibetan rites. Tzin-Tzin materializes a mystic vessel, which is filled with the Elixir of Nepenthes. He then conjures a bear-demon and then sends it to fight Batman. Then he dematerializes it and informs Batman telepathically of his own involvement.^[2] Telepathy:Template:Animal Control: Dr. Tzin-Tzin, confined in solitary, manages to mentally control an ant and, through it, its entire nest, having the insects chew him a path to freedom.^[3]
