"Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" is a classic nursery song, which shares its tune with "The Alphabet Song."
An Anything Muppet father and daughter performed the song on Sesame Street in the first season (EKA: Episode 0073).
In later years, Don Music and Kermit the Frog rewrote the lyrics (resulting in "Whistle, Whistle, Little Bird.") (EKA: Episode 2164)
The song was also performed in the Sesame Street Live show, Super Grover! Ready For Action!
