Trevor Halverson (b. April 6th, 1971 in White River, Ontario, Canada) is a retired professional left winger who played in the National Hockey League for the Washington Capitals.

Drafted 21st overall of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft by the Capitals from the North Bay Centennials, Halverson ended up as a draft bust, becoming a career minor-leaguer, failing to crack the Caps' lineup. The Anaheim Mighty Ducks claimed him in the 1993 NHL Expansion Draft, but there again, he failed to reach the NHL.

In 1998, Halverson joined back the Capitals organization when he signed as a free agent. He finally got his chance to play in the big league, collecting 4 assists in 17 games, along with 28 penalty minutes in 1998-99; he retired at the end of the season.
