Titans Hunt was a multi-part story-arc that ran through issues #71-84 of The New Titans. The antagonist society was the Wildebeest Society and the mysterious power behind their actions. Written by Marv Wolfman with artwork provided by Tom Grummett and Al Vey, "Titans Hunt" introduced several key members who became staple characters of the Titans team including Pantha, Baby Wildebeest and Phantasm. The story-line also saw the return of Russian hero Leonid Kovar, now calling himself Red Star into the team's ranks. A major supporting character of the story was Deathstroke the Terminator who played a key role in the story's climax.
