The Timepoint is an intersection of reality that lies perpendicular to the more fluid Fourth Dimension. The timepoint lies outside the normal space-time continuum and is the base of operations for the so-called "Lord of Time", Epoch. Contrary to its name, time does not move inside the Timepoint. Epoch once trapped the powerless 853rd century android Hourman and his friends Snapper Carr and Bethany Lee inside the Timepoint. ^[1]
