The Postal Service Headquarters is the center of operations for all mail delivery in Tibia. With post offices in all major cities, the main office has a central location between Thais and Kazordoon (here).
Kevin, the postmaster general, works in this office overseeing all mail delivery activity. His assistant Wally works downstairs selling parcels and letters.
Anyone wanting to join the postman guild must first talk to Kevin.
