Coweled terrorists who had stolen a truck full of M-76 rifles, top-secret rapid fire rifles developed by the US Military. This would draw the attention of both Batman and Sgt. Rock. Part of their plan involved terrorizing members of the DC Comics staff: Jim Aparo, Bob Haney, and Murray Boltinoff. Although not clearly explained, somehow stopping them from creating a comic book which mirrored Batman and Rock's manhunt for the organization would make the hero's quest end in failure. In spite of their best efforts, artist Jim Aparo was able to finish drawing the story, which led to Batman and Rock tracking down the organization and busting it up, it's presumably disbanded following their defeat.
