What does this information mean?

Not much to this small zone other than the named crypt robber and friends (give AA), and the appearance of Lord Tonmerk (22^^^). When killed the message of already being awarded AA exp for this was given, despite never being in here before on the character (January 2010). The crypts at zone-in you can right click to say a prayer, and nothing happens, or select defile the remains, and a triple heroic skeleton spawns.
