The Monsters' Picnic is a Sesame Street Little Golden Book published in 1991.

All of the Sesame Street Monsters, including Grover, Cookie Monster, Herry Monster and others, go on a big picnic. They play games and eat potato salad. They all have such a good time, not even rain can spoil it!
