Scout the Blackrunner Camp. ( 215, 90, 89 ) /waypoint 215, 90, 89
Kill Ahroun blackclaw, Ahroun blackstalker, and Ahroun blackrunner warrior werewolves in that camp until you take 15 of their pelts as proof of your deeds. 10 min respawn, 7 up at a time.
Return to Chardasus Divok to receive a flute, Whistle of the Freethinker. If you lose the flute, you can buy another from him for 24g.
Go up the stairs outside Castle Mistmoore and use the flute at ( 682, 187, 105 ) /waypoint 682, 187, 105
Talk to Brand.
Return to Chardasus Divok.
