The Late Late Show is a late-night talk and variety show currently hosted by Craig Ferguson on CBS. It immediately follows The Late Show and is produced by David Letterman's Worldwide Pants Incorporated. The program has had three permanent hosts: Tom Snyder (1995-1999), Craig Kilborn (1999-2004), and Craig Ferguson (2005- present).
