From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.

Moff Tethys was one of the Deep Core "replacement warlords" that came to power after Admiral Daala executed the thirteen most powerful warlords and unified their forces in the name of the Empire. Like Foga Brill, Tethys lacked military muscle and compensated with cruelty.

Like the other replacement warlords following the Deep Core battles of 18 ABY between the New Republic and Imperial forces, Tethys' fate is unknown, though the remainder of his forces, along with the remaining forces of Foga Brill and Gann, reformed into the Second Imperium.

Behind the scenes

"Tethys" is the name of both a Titaness of Greek Myth and one of the moons of Saturn.
