Terrence is the alter ego of Taran'atar in Elias Vaughn's second orb experience.

Terrence worked as an orderly in the asylum for the clinically insane in which Benny Russell and Eli Underwood were residents. He reminded Eli of the soldiers he fought along side and against in the Korean War. (DS9 novel: Unity)

The following is based on Van Buren and has not been confirmed by canon sources.

Terrence is the leader of the Caesar's Legion pack encountered by the Prisoner in Denver. Short, Napoleon complex, real hardass. Likes to beat women to show people he's tough. He's a vexillarious. The Prisoner can talk to him about Caesar's Legion and the various ranks with it.
