Ten-Forward was a lounge and recreation facility, including a bar, on the USS Enterprise-D and USS Enterprise-E. Throughout much of the Enterprise-D's service Guinan was the host of Ten-Forward. (TNG episode: "The Child"; TNG movie: Generations, et al.)

USS Enterprise-E

Following the launch of the USS Enterprise-E in 2372, the crew christened one of the ship's forward lounges as Ten-Forward in honor of the lounge aboard the previous Enterprise. The new Ten-Forward was more or less the same as the old lounge, furnished with a large bar with two replicators used to dispense a variety of drinks from synthale to tomato juice. (DS9 novel: Avatar; TNG - The Dominion War novel: Behind Enemy Lines)

During the Dominion War, Ten-Forward became all but deserted as the crew had little time to sit and chat, and anyone who used the lounge had to serve themselves as the waiting staff had been reassigned. In late 2373, Captain Picard and Counselor Deanna Troi met with Ro Laren in the lounge to discuss her escape from the Demilitarized Zone in the Orb of Peace. It was during this meeting that Ro told him of her suspicions that the Dominion were building an artificial wormhole. (TNG - The Dominion War novel: Behind Enemy Lines)

By 2380 William T. Riker had successfully petitioned to have the E's Ten Forward re-christened the Happy Bottom Riding Club. (DS9 novel: Avatar; TNG novel: Q & A)

Ten Forward was the name of the crew lounge aboard the Galaxy-class USS Enterprise-D, located at the forward section of Deck 10. The El-Aurian Guinan served as Ten Forward's hostess and bartender from 2365 until the vessel's destruction in 2371. (TNG: "The Child", et. al; Star Trek Generations)

It is unclear if all the crew lounges aboard Galaxy-class starships were called Ten Forward, or if that name was exclusive to the Enterprise lounge.

A Ten Forward lounge was added to the Constitution-class refit USS Enterprise-A in 2380 during an 8-week refit to bring the 23rd century ship up to 24th century standards. Out of respect to the Enterprise-A's now largely Hogwarts-based crew, it was named the "Leaky Cauldron," after the most popular drinking establishment on Hogwarts. (Harry Potter and the Return of James T. Kirk)

Romulan

Norexan-class ships were equipped with a similar lounge, also located in the forward section of Deck 10, like its Galaxy-class counterparts. Its computer contained 10,000 recipes and its bar offered 500 varieties of alcoholic beverages, ranging from Romulan ale to Meridor. And four-card poker could be played on the establishment's tables. On the RIS Bouteina there were slot machines as well. (RIS Bouteina)

It is unclear if gagh or bloodwine was served onboard, but they were made available in the establishment's replicators.
