  • A unique, larger teddy bear could also be found in various houses in the wasteland. Also, it has been reported that the "giant teddy bear" could be found in the Red Racer Factory, and a Legendary Giant Teddy Bear could be found at SatCom Array NN-03d-B. The Giant Teddy Bear at the Red Racer Factory could be found on a hanging tricycle; the player's character must shoot the bear in order for it to fall down, or jump up to it using the nearby barrels.
  • Collecting different sized teddy bears: You must not have ANY other teddy bears in your inventory before or during the time you have the larger size bear, or when you drop it, it will gain the default size. Unconfirmed if this works on other objects.
  • Player's looking to collect teddy bears should attempt to obtain Yew's Bear Charm, as it has the same model as a teddy bear.
  • Teddy bears can also be looted from Feral Ghoul corpses sometimes.

How to get the Legendary Teddy Bear from SatCom Array NN 03d [1] (Note that, although this video claims that you need 15-20 frag mines and the BB gun, it's enough to drop four frag mines, or possibly less, on the lab desk and shoot them from a distance with your normal small gun. Retry until you succeed.) (confirmed with ten or fewer on 360)

Also you can rotate the camera to get this Teddy Bear.(PS3 Confirmed)

Zack hands Emma the teddy bear in "Stranger in a Strange Land"

The teddy bear is an item which was owned by Emma. Her brother, Zach, held it after the plane crashed in "The Other 48 Days" while his sister was injured. It was later possibly seen being carried by a young Other when Eko and Jin were searching for Michael in "...And Found".

It was also seen in Eko's dream with Ana Lucia in "?".

It is seen again in "Stranger in a Strange Land", being shared once more between Zach and Emma on Hydra Island. In the same episode, Karl tells Kate and Sawyer that he and Alex used to sit in his back yard and make up names for the constellations. He points to one that is not yet visible and says that when it becomes visible it will be "Ursa Theodorus" - the Teddy Bear.

  • On the Official Lost Podcast, Damon Lindelof stated that the bears were not the same, but seemed to suggest this in a satirical way, thereby neither fully debunking or confirming the theory that they are the same.[source needed]
  • In Walt Disney's Peter Pan, there's a scene where a line of Indians are carrying off the captured Lost Boys. The last indian in the line drags a teddy bear behind him on a rope, similar to the scene in "...And Found".
  • The producers clarify that although they can see a similarity in hindsight, they didn't originally intend the teddy bear to be a Peter Pan or Lost Boys reference. (Official Lost Podcast/February 20, 2007)
