TVA is the prefix for Third Doctor comic strip stories appearing in the Polystyle publication that began as Countdown but ended as TV Action.

A TVA is a type of ground vehicle used by Starfleet ground troops, capable of carrying at least twelve individuals. At least two TVAs were assigned to the Starfleet security detachment at "Fort Fed" on planet Tenkara. (TOS short story: "Official Record")

The vehicles are also refered to as "armored transport vehicles"; it is unclear why the acronym "ATV" is not used instead.
