Perk Superior Defender Fallout 3 requirements: none ranks: 1 benefit: Damage +5 and armor +10 when standing still quest: The Local Flavor base id: xx00d1fa

Superior Defender is a perk added to Fallout 3 in the Point Lookout add-on. When the player character is standing or crouching in place, it adds +5 points of damage to weapons and +10 points to armor Damage Resistence. The benefits are reported in the Pip-Boy under the "Effects" screen. But due to a glitch, the +5 points of damage apply even when not standing still.

The +5 damage is added to each bullet, making it far more powerful when used with automatic weapons.

Obtaining

The Superior Defender perk is earned upon completion of The Local Flavor quest.
