Stowaway is one of the last missions given by Mike Toreno to protagonist Carl "CJ" Johnson.
CJ is shown in the middle of the airstrip when the rival "agents" land there in a cargo plane. CJ runs behind some crates when Mike Toreno appears behind him. He than says he "Got permission from the 'Big Man'" to take the plane down. Carl is unsure about killing government agents, but Toreno says for him to think of it as "pest control". CJ gets on the PCJ-600 and drives through the shooting agents onto the moving plane. He gets on, kills everyone on it, steals a parachute from one of the agents, places a satchel charge on the cargo and jump outs. While he is freefalling to Earth, the mission is passed.
If the player jumps out of the plane without a parachute, there is a cutscene where CJ falls to his death, landing on a car, thus failing the mission. Also, if the player fails to jump out of the plane and the satchel charge goes off, a cutscene shows the plane losing altitude, gradually falling towards the ground, also resulting in CJ's death and mission failure.
It is possible to shoot the government agents, but missing them will cause the plane to explode. Using a melee weapon, like the Katana or martial arts, is recommended. It is also possible to use a flamethrower, as it will not cause the plane to explode.

If the player uses the "Blow Up All Cars" cheat the Andromada stops moving and the player is able to 'hijack' the aircraft. However, the plane remains stationary, so the player cannot actually fly it.
