The Steel plateskirt is the third weakest plateskirt in the game. It requires Level 5 defence to be worn, and has the same bonuses and penalties as the Steel platelegs. A player with 46 smithing can smith them with three steel bars on an anvil, while carrying a hammer.
Players can buy Steel plateskirts from Ranael's Super Skirt Store in Al-Kharid.
