From TARDIS Index File, the free Doctor Who reference.

"Starman" was a song by David Bowie. The lyrics refer to an extraterrestrial "Starman" "waiting in the sky" over Earth. It appeared on the radio during the furore over the collision of an alien ship with the Tower of London. (DW: Aliens of London) Though not explicitly stated, it seemed to have a special significance for Eugene Jones. (TW: Random Shoes)

Behind the Scenes

  • The song plays during one of Eugene Jones' flashback sequences in TW: Random Shoes
