The South Bohan Drug Crew (also known as the Torres Cartel) are a drug cartel led by Elizabeta Torres. They have many contacts throughout the city, including the heads of the Lost Brotherhood, the North Holland Hustlers, and Packie McReary of the McReary Mob. The Drug Crew are not involved in the heroin trade, but traffic in significant quantities of cocaine, which leads to their eventual downfall (and Elizabeta's incarceration) in a joint FIB/DEA operation, with some assistance from the enigmatic United Liberty Paper Company.
