Sonic Boom in Final Fantasy V.

Sonic Boom is a recurring ability, both used by enemies and party members. It is usually Gravity-elemental in nature, reducing a target's or targets HP by a certain percentage.

Final Fantasy V

Sonic Boom is an ability exclusive to the Gaia command. It reduces an enemy's HP by 1/4 of its total HP, and can be used in various areas in the game.

Final Fantasy VI

Sonic Boom is an ability exclusive to Mog's Dance command, and is usable after learning Earth Blues. It reduces one enemy's HP by 37.5% of its max HP, inflicts Seizure and is unblockable, but fails on targets immune to Instant Death. An enemy attack with a similar graphic, Shamshir, halves the target's HP.

Final Fantasy X

Sonic Boom is an enemy ability used by Garuda and Zu. It inflicts major non-elemental damage to the entire party.

Final Fantasy X-2

Sonic Boom is an enemy ability used by Shantak. It inflicts only moderate non-elemental damage to the party.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

Sonic Boom is an ability of the Hunter class, which is learned from Cranequin for 200 AP. It inflicts non-elemental damage to all enemies in range.

Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift

Sonic Boom is once again an ability of the Hunter class, learned for 200 AP from the Cranequin.

Final Fantasy Mystic Quest

Sonic Boom is an enemy ability that inflicts Confusion and Wind-elemental damage. It is used by Chimera, Fangpire, and Vampire.
