The Silver sickle(b) is a silver sickle that was blessed by dipping it in the Nature Grotto water after completion of Nature Spirit.  To bless it, use it on the Altar of nature inside the grotto. It is essential to fight Ghasts. It also protects players from the Mort Myre swamp's decaying effects when wielded or in the inventory. The blessed silver sickle also has a Cast Bloom option, which uses between 1 and 6 prayer points and casts a spell on objects in the 8 squares around you. If the objects just below are close enough, there is a chance (about 50%) that the object will be transformed and allow a harvest of a particular type of object, which can be used to fill a Druid pouch.

Silver sickles are also the symbol of The Myreque. It is used to make the Ivandis flail during the Legacy of Seergaze Quest.

During the While Guthix Sleeps quest, the blessed silver sickle can be found and used in the Ancient Guthix Temple to obtain vine flowers.
