Sight is a recurring White Magic spell from the series. It enables the player to open the World Map.

Sight is Level 1 White Magic. It can be used by the Freelancer, White Mage, Red Mage, Knight, Scholar, Devout, Sage, and Onion Knight Jobs. The item Gnome Bread works the same way.
Sight allows the player to view the World Map, and has no effect when used in battles. The item Gnomish Bread also allows the player to view the World Map.
In the DS remake, a World Map is always visible. Sight allows the player to see the locations of specific towns and caves when used outside, and allows scrolling between the maps of floors in dungeons.
Sight appears again with the same use as in the original Final Fantasy IV. It is a spell usable by Cecil and costs 2 MP.
Sight is a Story Mode ability. It reveals all pieces situated in all Enigma Areas.
