Sekhmet is a boss in Final Fantasy V who only appears in a random encounter on the player's first visit to the Pyramid of Moore. Upon defeat, it warns the player that its brother will be waiting for them in a tower, ready to avenge it. Sekhmet and Minotaur are most likely the Brothers GF used in Final Fantasy VIII.

Strategy

Sehkmet is not particularly difficult. A barrage of physical attacks should bring upon his demise, but strong magic is also effective against him.

Etymology

In Egyptian mythology, Sekhmet was originally the warrior goddess of upper Egypt.
