Seiken (聖剣技, Seikenwaza, lit. Holy Sword Technique) is the name of Beatrix's skillset in Final Fantasy IX. It appears as a normal ability command for Beatrix in the command box. Seiken combines Steiner's Sword Arts along with several White Magic spells into one skillset. All of the non-magic skills are eventually available to Steiner near the end of the game. However, he cannot learn any of the White Magic skills, which can only be learned fully by Eiko.
