His history prior to the events of Marvel Ultimate Alliance is unknown. He is only mentioned briefly. Jean Grey hints that she was in a relationship with Scott at the time of her apparent death. Scott is also mentioned to have gone missing after hearing of her demise. He is later one of the heroes who confronts an empowered Doom while the main heroes are gone. However, he is defeated easily. In the aftermath, he attempts to blast Doom, But it does nothing and Doom kills him. However, he is returned to life as one of Doom's minions. He fights the heroes alongside Psylocke. After being defeated, he returns to his normal self. If the player does not save the legacy virus research on the Omega Base, he dies from the legacy virus in the future.
