History

Sasha came to Gotham City with her father in order to begin a new life with the help of her uncle Lev. Lev was a small time crook, working for Mister Toad and Professor Pyg. After escaping Batman and Robin Sasha's father came home and began packing their things telling her they had to leave Gotham. However, both Niko and Sasha were intercepted by Professor Pyg. Pyg manages to place Nikko under his control with a Dollotron. He also attempted this on Sasha, but the Dollotron failed.

Playing possum, she is brought to an abandoned circus, where she manages to escape with the help of Robin.

Contents

Background

Scarlet was born an albino, and her fellow citizens immediately left her out to die in desert. An old mutant named Harold found her, and took her in. She traveled with him all over California, listening to his tales of adventure with the Vault Dweller. Finally, when she was old enough, she joined the Brotherhood, thinking that she would one day return to her birthplace and raze it to the ground. Her initial tests showed a certain... moral ambiguity that led her into the Brotherhood's special ops division. There she learned the art of sniper and stealth, and she became one of the best black ops the Brotherhood had ever seen.

Scarlet is what one would call "albino hotty". She has pale, almost white skin, with thick white hair. She is five foot seven and has a body to die for. She dresses in red leather.

Weapon Preference

Scarlet can use all weapons in the game, but she has a disadvantage to catch. Also her Stealth Skill does not work when handling Big Guns. She is proficient with rifles.

Skills

  • Weapon Skill - Knives: Added damage to all bladed weapons.
  • Weapon Skill - Sniper: Added damage to all rifles.
  • Assassin: Added crit to all weapons.
  • Awareness: This is strange ability to make creatures turn from the player. There is a percentage chance that this will work.
  • Catlike: Speed added to Melee and Dodging.
  • Stealth: The ability to sneak.
  • Lock Picking: The ability to pick locks.
  • Stealing: The ability to steal from merchants.

Special Abilities

Each of the four playable characters in the game can purchase 3 different special abilities. Perks if you will. Special Abilities include:

  • Death Dealer: This gives the player a 10% chance of instantly killing any creature.
  • Nine Lives: This gives the player a 20% of getting up from a fatal wound.
  • Final Move: Nightstalker: If Scarlet drops down below 20% health the player can make her to go invisible for ten seconds. Either to get away or attack without counterattack.

Uber Weapon

Scarlet's Uber Weapon is Ancient "Dragon Heart" Tang of Quiet Death.

Appearances

Scarlet was to appear in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2.

From Final Fantasy Wiki

Scarlet (スカーレット, Sukāretto) is a non-playable character in Final Fantasy VII. She is the Head of Weapons Development in the Shinra Corporation. She is ruthless and will use any means necessary to fulfill her evil goals. She also has a characteristic laugh ("kya ha ha!"), much like her colleague Heidegger. The two often work together, despite high feelings of mutual contempt.

Storyline

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. (Skip section)

Before Crisis -Final Fantasy VII-

Scarlet appears in Before Crisis, working under President Shinra as a Shinra Executive. She is the one ordered to capture Verdot after the Turks refuse to take in their commander, and is then ordered to assassinate all of the Turks. She leads the army against them, but fails in her mission.

Final Fantasy VII

Years before the start of the game, Scarlet was the one who gave the order for the Shinra soldiers to attack Corel, due to some sabotage at the newly built Mako Reactor which they received the blame for. She managed to shoot both Barret and Dyne in their arms, rendering the arms of both men useless.

When WEAPON begins to activate, she makes a plan to move the Mako Cannon from Junon to Midgar, hook it up to the Mako Reactors, and unleash its mako-powered energy at the Northern Crater where Sephiroth resides. She dubbed this new cannon the Sister Ray. Although, this name was previously seen written on the cannon at Junon.

She tries to execute Tifa in a gas chamber at Junon, but this scheme quickly fails. She ends up in a slap fight with Tifa, before she escapes.

When Cloud and the others return to Midgar to stop them, she and Heidegger both reveal the ultimate in weapons technology; a huge robot called the Proud Clod. However, her plan fails, the Proud Clod is defeated, and explodes. It is still unknown if they died in the blast, but as she is neither seen nor heard from again, it is a likely conclusion.

Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-

She is mentioned briefly in Dirge of Cerberus, with her old files being Reeve's primary source of information on Deepground. She was one of only three Shinra executives to know of the secretive Deepground project, and presumably outfitted them with the high-tech weaponry they use.
