Saradomin page 4 can be found in Level one clues, all the way through Level three. The pages are used to fill a "Damaged book" received from the Horror from the Deep quest. Once you have all four pages of that God's book, you can preach from it, as well as bless symbols (50 prayer required). It gives +8 to all defence bonuses. It is useful for the God Wars Dungeon and places where you need a saradomin item.
