Contents

Background

A friendly rival of Lazlo Redford's, Sam is a keen shot and a lone raider, ready to tag defenseless creatures and wandering mutations. But his big plan is a high-value target that he can drop from a distance, and accrue enough Caps to visit Madame over at Evergreen Mills. He sports Leather Armor, Sunglasses and a Sniper Rifle.[1]

Interactions with the player character

Warrick will attack the player character on sight, and any NPC in the area, unprovoked or provoked.

Notes

  • Sam can be mezzed
  • He tends to flee even if you only do a little bit a damage to him.
  • He may be the one referred to in the note with the sniper rifle in the hollowed rock behind Megaton, because of his weapon choice.
  • At high levels he can kill Dogmeat without any trouble and Butch can be killed pretty quickly without intervention, though he seems to have trouble killing one of Dogmeat's Puppies
  • Sam Warrick is a rather skilled combatant, and at higher levels is somewhat above a Brotherhood of Steel Paladin in terms of skill and health.
  • Sam Warrick holds one of only five pairs of sunglasses in the game.

Appearances

Sam Warrick only appears in Fallout 3.
