Ryan Carnes

Ryan Carnes is an American actor, born in Pittsfield, Illinois, on December 6th, 1982. He portrayed Laszlo in Daleks in Manhattan and Evolution of the Daleks. Despite playing several gay characters, Carnes has stated in interviews that he is not gay.
