Found in the PSP version, the Revive Tome can be obtained by giving the Light of Hope to Deumion. It counts as a White Magic and restores all party members and enemies to full HP/MP.
The Chemist can use Revive. Unlike later versions, it affects the whole party.
Revive is a command ability that revives a party member from KO to full HP. It can be used when the player character is silenced. It can be learned from the Guardian Force Alexander for 200 AP. Other GF could also learn it using the item Phoenix Spirit, provided there's a space for the GF to learn this ability.
Revive is a Flair ability, usable by Amarant Coral. It can be learned for 35 AP through the Tiger Fangs, Rune Claws, or Rebirth Ring. It revives a KO'ed party member equal to following formula, and costs 20 MP to use.
Revive is a Technick. However, the user dies when they use it, much like the Sacrifice ability. Even if the target is alive and the Technick misses, the user will die.
In the International Zodiac Job System version, Revive can be used by five job classes - Uhlan, Knight, Monk, Archer, and Shikari. Knight must first acquire the License for either a Quickening or one of two Espers Chaos or Zodiark. The Technick can be found in one of the chests in the Spine of the Icewyrm in Paramina Rift.
Llyud learns Revive at level 7. It brings a KO'ed ally back to life, in exchange for a small portion of Llyud's HP. Since Penelo does not learn Raise until level 25, Revive will be the party's only source of bringing back KO'ed party members for the majority of the early game.
Revive is a Monk ability. A drawback is that the unit must be near the same height.
Revive is a White Monk ability.

"Revive" is an informal term to describe Special Summoning a monster from the Graveyard. The ability to return a monster from the Graveyard to the Field is a relatively common yet nonetheless important card effect since it helps a player maintain field advantage and can, in some cases, allow them to bring back a monster that was difficult to summon in the first place. Most of the more general-use cards that deal with this, such as "Premature Burial", are Limited or Forbidden, though there are much fewer legal restrictions on cards that deal with only specific kinds of monsters.
Sometimes it is easier to dump a Monster Card into the Graveyard before it has been summoned and then revive it onto the field using one of the many revival cards available; to restrict this, many very powerful monster cards do not allow this, in particular nomi or semi-nomi Monster Cards, and Fusion, Ritual and Synchro Monsters.
