Ramsey is a slaver from Paradise Falls located at the Train Tunnel in the Fallout 3 add-on The Pitt in the year 2277

Ramsey is tasked by Eulogy Jones with delivering a batch of three slaves (which includes Prosper) to a contact from The Pitt. Depending on which dialogue option you choose, Ramsey either apologizes in Eulogy's name for only having three slaves this time or explains that most slaves caught in the Capital Wasteland are exported to The Pitt.

Interactions with the player character

The PC will be able to buy the 3 slaves he has to get into The Pitt, unless he recognizes you for clearing out Paradise Falls.

You have three options for obtaining the Slave Pen Key:

  1. Pay for the slaves (200 caps each)
  2. Steal the key from Ramsey.
  3. Kill all slavers and loot the key to the slave pen off Ramsey's corpse.

  • If you have cleared out Paradise Falls and killed the slavers, he will recognize you after talking and will immediately become hostile.
  • The reverse is not apparently true. Killing Ramsey will do nothing to your standings with the slavers of Paradise Falls. This could be due to the fact that where the killing takes place is fairly remote.

Ramsey appears only in the Fallout 3 add-on The Pitt.
